Summary

The Gaia Changemakers Program (GCP) is a unique three-week summer camp for students aged 15 to 19. It is innovatively designed to equip participants with the skills, mindset, and values needed to thrive in an uncertain future. Traveling from Zurich to Prague and culminating in the Swiss Alps, participants engage in hands-on experiences that build qualities like leadership, resilience, creativity, and adaptability – qualities that top universities and employers seek.

What's Included?

  • For all students: Daily lunch when in Zurich
  • all program activities from Monday to Friday 9-6pm when in Zurich, and our welcome dinner on 14th July
  • all program activities, food and accommodation when in the Alps and in Czech Republic
  • travel to/from Zurich to Prague and the Alps. For fully-residential students: All meals
  • evening and weekend activities like hiking, excursions to other cities of Switzerland, visiting a chocolate factory and exploring what Switzerland has to offer
  • accommodation for the entire duration of the program starting from the 13th of July
  • pick up/Drop off at Zurich airport.

The Gaia Changemakers Program blends academic exploration with real-world application, offering students an immersive learning experience in sustainability, leadership, and innovation. Students engage in:
Project-Based Learning – Hands-on sustainability and leadership challenges guided by scientists, entrepreneurs, and corporate leaders.

Expert-Led Workshops – Interactive sessions with academics, industry professionals, and Changemakers shaping the future of sustainability and leadership.
