Summary

The Summer School at Leighton Park is a two-week English language residential programme for international students aged 13–17, hosted at one of the UK’s top independent boarding schools. Set in beautiful, safe parkland in the the historic town of Reading, the camp combines high-quality English teaching with creative, sporty, cultural and social experiences designed to help young people grow in confidence, independence and international awareness.

More Information

The Summer School at Leighton Park English language programme is accredited by the British Council for the teaching of English in the UK and is a member of English UK. All students are tested on their first full day and subsequently placed in classes of no more than 16 students at an appropriate level for their ability. There are classes at all levels from A1 – C2. The lessons are topic-based and are designed to help students develop communication skills, natural English and a range of vocabulary. Materials have been specifically chosen for Teenagers’ courses and include authentic resources.
