The John Locke Institute’s Princeton Public Policy Symposium offers intellectually advanced students an immersive opportunity to explore public policy. Focused on the theme “Wealth & Inequality,” the program draws insights from economics, psychology, game theory, political philosophy, jurisprudence, and ethics to address critical global issues. Participants will deepen their understanding of democratic politics’ systemic challenges, the consequences of policies, and possible solutions to inequality. Through rigorous discussions, students gain the skills to make well-informed, persuasive arguments and appreciate diverse viewpoints, equipping them to make positive changes in the world.
Located in Princeton, New Jersey, students are hosted at the Princeton Theological Seminary, with comfortable accommodations and library access. The program, inspired by Oxford University’s teaching methods, emphasizes interactive, student-centered learning within small groups, blending academic rigor with cultural enrichment. In addition to Princeton, the Institute offers courses in Oxford, Washington DC, and Singapore, providing a global, high-quality educational experience.
