Summary

The JACT Greek Summer School provides intensive courses in Ancient Greek for all levels, from beginners to advanced learners. The two-week residential program at Bryanston School in Dorset includes over 32 hours of small group tuition, lectures on Greek literature and culture, and optional grammar clinics. Established in 1968, the summer school is committed to enhancing the teaching of Ancient Greek, particularly for students without access to it in their regular curriculum.

Greek tuition in small groups of 7-10 students
three daily teaching sessions
optional evening lectures on Greek literature and culture
grammar clinics for additional support
and free time for recreational activities, including walks to local historical sites
students also have opportunities to participate in plays

and a range of sporting activities
