The Pro Tennis course is an intensive, specialist three-week program designed for keen and dedicated tennis players aged 12 to 17 who already possess an intermediate to advanced foundation in the sport and are ready to elevate their performance. The weekly curriculum is structured for holistic development, integrating 14 hours of mandatory English Language tuition in the mornings to enhance communication skills with 12 hours of expert tennis training in the afternoons. This balanced approach ensures students not only hone their physical skills but also build confidence in an English-speaking, multi-national environment, preparing them to compete at the next level.

Training is delivered by experienced professional LTA performance coaches, including the Bede’s Director of Tennis, ensuring players hone their technique while training like professionals. The focus extends beyond technical coaching to include specific tennis-related strength and conditioning, as well as crucial psychological aspects of the game, such as developing resilience and a tactical mindset.
