Attendees work closely with experienced theatre professionals to create a new musical piece by the end of their camp. For older participants (17-21), there’s also a focus on audition techniques, drama school preparation, and an academic understanding of musical theatre.

Extracurriculars

BYMT offers theatre games, improvisation sessions, lyric writing exercises, choreography and composing activities, among others. Participants collaborate creatively to devise the musical theatre projects, suggesting lyrics, movement sequences, characters, and storylines. The entire experience culminates in a live performance.
