The 2026 Summer School on ‘Consumer and Market Law in the European Circular Economy’ offers a comprehensive 40 hours academic programme combining online and in-person teaching (8-10 July online; 13-17 July in presence), alongside a workshop and a moot court. The course focuses on key legal aspects of consumer protection and market regulation in the context of the European Circular Economy.
Designed for undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students in Law, Economics, Political Science, and International Relations, the program provides in-depth knowledge on consumer empowerment, private international law, dispute resolution, and market regulation. Participants will benefit from an international faculty of leading academics and gain both theoretical and practical skills.
The Summer School takes place at the University of Udine, Campus of Legal and Economic Sciences, via Tomadini 3, Udine (Italy).
