A big part of our summer school is the Immediate Life Support (ILS) course that the participants take with the possibility of passing the exam at the end of the school to acquire the ILS certificate. Of course after all the learning there is always a social programe prepared for everyone as well as free time to enjoy the beauties of the Croatian coastline and the beaches.
During the EMSS, participants will engage in both theoretical knowledge and practical skills related to emergency medicine through a series of lectures and hands-on workshops. Topics covered will include suturing, tracheotomy, Basic Life Support (BLS), FAST ultrasound, and more. A key highlight of the program is the certified Immediate Life Support (ILS) course, where participants can earn an ILS certificate by passing the final exam. All participants will receive course materials and have access to a variety of emergency medicine topics.
