Founded in 1572, Harrow is one of the most renowned and oldest schools in the United Kingdom and the summer school student will feel proud to have been a part of it, with its famous buildings, extensive sports facilities, including cricket fields and sports complex. Famous old boys of Harrow are Winston Churchill and Jawaharlal Nehru. Just outside Harrow School lies the charming suburban setting of Harrow, London, with its leafy streets, Victorian architecture, and bustling shops and cafes. It is a perfect venue for summer school students to come to and it is but a tube ride away from Central London.

To reach Harrow School by plane, fly into London Heathrow Airport (LHR) or London Gatwick Airport (LGW). From Heathrow take the Heathrow Express or the London Underground to London Paddington Station, then transfer to a train to Harrow-on-the-Hill Station. From Gatwick, take the Gatwick Express or Southern Railway to London Victoria Station, then transfer to a train to Harrow-on-the-Hill Station. From Harrow-on-the-Hill Station, Harrow School is a short taxi or bus ride away.
