Charterhouse Young Learners Summer Course
An opportunity for young people to experience a UK boarding school environment, along with promoting learning in a fun, exciting and interactive way inside…
The Moreton Hall Parent & Child Summer School offers a unique and unforgettable family experience in the heart of beautiful Shropshire, UK. Set on a stunning 100-acre campus at one of Britain’s leading boarding schools, the programme invites parents and children (aged 3–13) to live, learn and explore together across 1–6-week sessions from early July to mid-August. Participants enjoy English language lessons tailored to their age and level—with conversational and cultural English classes for adults and age-appropriate English and curriculum subjects for children—alongside a rich blend of afternoon activities, social events, and excursions that foster confidence, creativity, and cultural understanding.
Beyond the classroom, families make the most of Moreton Hall’s excellent facilities, from sports and creative sessions to weekly half- and full-day trips to iconic British destinations. The all-inclusive programme includes full-board accommodation, fun shared activities, and the chance to immerse in British culture while forming friendships with international peers and local children in the Holiday Club. It’s an enriching opportunity to improve English, experience life in a UK boarding school setting, and create lasting summer memories together.
The academic programme focuses on high-quality English language tuition tailored to each age group and ability level, with engaging, interactive lessons that build confidence in speaking, listening, reading and writing. Parents develop practical conversational English, while children benefit from structured learning in a supportive, international classroom environment that encourages progress and enjoyment.
