The Oxford Saïd Teen Leadership Summer Academy is an exclusive 14-day residential programme at the University of Oxford, designed for ambitious students aged 15–18. The programme combines academic excellence with real-world leadership development, empowering students to explore business, entrepreneurship, and global challenges while studying in one of the world’s most inspiring academic environments. Through interactive workshops, case studies, and collaborative projects, students develop critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills alongside peers from around the world. The programme also offers a rich cultural experience, including traditional Oxford activities and a formal graduation ceremony with a University of Oxford certificate of completion.
The academic programme focuses on leadership, business, and entrepreneurship through lectures, interactive workshops, and case studies. Students learn from university tutors, alumni, and industry experts while developing practical skills in communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking through project-based learning.
Extracurricular activities include cultural day trips, social events, and traditional Oxford experiences such as college tours and punting on the River Thames. These activities encourage community building, cultural exchange, and a deeper immersion into student life at Oxford.
Students will be accommodated in flats of 5–6 en-suite rooms in the modern Dorothy Building at Wadham College, University of Oxford, with full supervision and pastoral care provided on site.
