Summary

This is a joyful three-day celebration of music, marking its 10th anniversary with a vibrant programme for adult and student musicians. Set in the beautiful surroundings of Trent College, participants can join choirs, orchestras, wind bands, saxophone ensembles, and more—rehearsing celebratory works by composers such as Verdi, Mendelssohn, Shostakovich, and Rutter.

Each day blends expert-led rehearsals with inspiring concerts from acclaimed guest artists, including the Tailleferre Ensemble, cellist Leo Melvin, and vocal group Sonoro. With a welcoming social atmosphere, informal chats, and a final showcase concert and buffet, this summer school offers a perfect mix of musical enrichment, fun, and community.
