Summary

SJ Riding Camp, a summer horseback riding camp located in New England for girls ages 8-16, is an ideal place to improve your riding skills, learn to ride, learn more about horses, take on the responsibilities of horse and animal care, and have fun! It’s also the best summer camp to make new friends, because everyone here shares your enthusiasm for horses and other animals!

In addition to horseback riding, there are plenty of other activities to try, which include barn activities, mini-farm, arts and crafts, archery, tennis, acting games, swimming, boating, or other sports and games!

Our staff are unified in our commitment to our campers and their families by providing experiences that instill responsible citizenship, healthy lifestyles, environmental stewardship, international/cultural understanding and cooperation, concern for others, and mutual respect.

When not in riding lessons or at the barn, SJ campers can choose classic camp activities to fill the rest of their day. We do different projects every day at arts and crafts, play sports and games, practice archery, swim in the lake, and more!
