The 2026 Summer School on 'Consumer and Market Law in the European Circular Economy' offers a comprehensive 40 hours academic programme combining online and in-person teaching (8-10 July online; 13-17 July in presence), alongside a workshop and a moot court. The course focuses on key legal aspects of consumer protection and market regulation in the context of the European Circular Economy. Designed for undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students in Law, Economics, Political Science, and International Relations, the program provides in-depth knowledge on consumer empowerment, private international law, dispute resolution, and market regulation. Participants will benefit from an international faculty of leading academics and gain both theoretical and practical skills. The academic program consists of 40 hours of lectures delivered by an international faculty, with the first part held online (8-10 July) and the second part taking place in person (13-17 July in Udine).
Participants will attend a workshop and take part in a moot court, allowing them to observe applied legal practice in action while developing advocacy and problem-solving skills.
Accommodation is provided in single rooms at the University residence in Udine from 12 to 18 July 2026. The tuition fee is €700 (early-bird, deadline 30 April 2026) and €800 (full fee, deadline 31 May 2026), and it includes accommodation costs as well as ten meals at the University canteen.
