Taunton School’s Senior STEM Summer Camp is an exciting program tailored for teens passionate about science and technology. This two-week camp includes 12.5 hours of English lessons and 10 hours each week dedicated to engaging STEM activities. Students participate in hands-on experiments, design, and construction projects, guiding them through the entire process from conceptualization to completion. The curriculum features varying themes, enhanced by relevant field trips that broaden the learning experience.
Set within a sprawling 56-acre campus, the camp boasts modern academic facilities with Smartboards and Wi-Fi. Students also have access to comprehensive sports facilities, including indoor pools, sports halls, tennis courts, a climbing wall, and an Olympic-sized hockey pitch. Additionally, state-of-the-art arts and crafts facilities, such as a theatre, art studios, music school, and dance studio, are available. With a newly opened dining hall offering a diverse range of self-service meal options, participants can enjoy a well-rounded experience while exploring new interests and engaging in various activities throughout their time at the camp.
