On offer in Cambridge are a combination of engaging evening social and wellbeing activities plus excursions to central London and the local area. Students are encouraged to explore their extracurricular passions and interests through the school’s social and sporting programmes (including a formal traditional dinner and graduation ceremony) which are aimed at developing intercultural relations and fostering teamwork and creativity. Throughout a 2-week programme, students can expect to explore the fascinating history and architecture of Cambridge on a walking tour, try out punting on the River Cam, and visit the Botanic Garden and King’s College Chapel, whilst also attending 3 full-day excursions to attractions and noteworthy cities across the UK, including London.

Extracurriculars

Summer Boarding Courses’ range of academic, career-focused and English language courses set the foundation for long-term success through knowledge acquisition, skill development and intellectual exploration. Curiosity and critical thinking are actively encouraged, nurturing a passion for learning that extends far beyond the confines of a traditional education. Its exceptional summer programmes at top British boarding schools Canford School and Earlscliffe School, are designed by academics and enhanced by industry professionals. All courses include 15-20 hours of high-quality tuition and class sizes are kept to no more than 15 students. Choose from exciting courses such as ‘Breaking Digital’ or ‘Sustainable Futures’ or take the ‘University Preparation’ course, or even a mini-MBA!
