Venice Film & Acting Camp
Residential Film & Acting experience brings young creatives together to work on a scripted film with industry professionals. The project is shot for cinema…
The Performance Running Camp at Loughborough University is an intensive two-day training experience designed for runners of all abilities who want to refine their technique, boost their endurance, and better understand the science of running. Led by British champion and coach Lewis Moses and his team at New Levels Coaching, this weekend blends biomechanics, strength training, and personalised physiological testing to help participants train smarter and race faster.
Set on the prestigious Paula Radcliffe Athletics Track, runners will benefit from world-class facilities, expert-led workshops, and hands-on coaching that covers everything from form correction to endurance physiology. With a strong focus on individual feedback, nutritional support, and a like-minded community atmosphere, it’s a weekend that equips runners with both knowledge and inspiration.
The academic side of the Performance Running Camp focuses on the science and technique behind effective running. Participants receive expert-led sessions on running form, biomechanics, training zones, and endurance physiology—designed to improve understanding, optimise performance, and support smarter training strategies.
